Joanna helps organizations accelerate outcomes through modern ways of working. She guides leaders and teams through complex change, including operating model redesign, product development, Agile/Lean delivery and capability building, across financial services, technology, oil and gas, education and broadcasting.

Since 2019 she has advised large and mid-sized organizations on process improvement, agile transformation and product development, leading multi-year initiatives in technology innovation, business optimization, mergers and acquisitions, and PMO/Agile Delivery Office design.

Her background includes senior roles at Scotiabank (10 years, Director), Investors Group (3 years, VP), BMO (3 years, Executive Consultant), SiriusXM (Delivery Consultant) and FGF Brands (Executive Coach, Trainer and Advisor).

A Lead Instructor at the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies since 2009 and winner of its 2022 Excellence in Teaching Award, Joanna is also co-author of the bestselling Gen P, co-founder of Kanban Canada, and a regular speaker at industry events.

Constantin Tivig

Constantin Tivig, P.Eng.

Senior Partner · Project & Product Delivery · Technology Leadership

Constantin brings more than 25 years of experience in Agile practices and technology (data and digital streaming), and 19 years of teaching. He helps organizations adopt Agile practices and drive digital transformation, combining deep technical knowledge with real-world insight from large international organizations.

He led Agile transformation at OpenText, integrating Kanban and Scrum across multiple teams, and implemented both Waterfall and Agile delivery at Bell Canada. Earlier he held senior project management roles at Rogers Business Solutions and supported enterprise customers across Europe with Vodafone and Logimax-Temenos.

A Lead Instructor at the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies since 2009, he teaches project management, Agile delivery and technology leadership. He co-founded Kanban Canada in 2016 and serves on its Board of Directors.
